I had 4 sessions within 3 1/2 weeks in December 2018 with Wendy for my fear of flying. I have just come back from my over seas trip (January 2019) and I didn’t have to take any Valium at all and I wasn’t even anxious.Where in the passed I was always terrified when I was on a plane.Thank you so much for all you help Wendy. ❤️
