Talk therapy helps you understand your anxiety. That understanding is valuable — but for many people, understanding why they're anxious doesn't make them less anxious. The patterns driving the anxiety aren't stored in the rational, verbal part of your mind. They're in the subconscious — and that's exactly where hypnotherapy works.

  • You don't need to relive or recount every difficult experience in detail. The process works without requiring you to re-traumatise yourself.
  • Sessions are calm and focused. Most clients describe them as deeply relaxing, even when working on difficult material.
  • We work with anxiety, generalised stress, panic responses, and the lasting effects of trauma — including PTSD — using approaches that are gentle and client-led.
