Shelley quit smoking 6 months ago with us. This short video was taken 11 weeks after she quit, at our Information Night back in August.
She shares how easy quitting was for her, and said “It's all positiveness that I've got to say about it”. Shelley talks here about how she felt as soon as she came out of the session.
As clients often are, Shelley was quite happy to share what the NLP and hypnosis session was like when we helped her to quit smoking, and also how things have been for her since the session. She is on her way to Reaching her Ideal Weight now as she has also completed this session with us recently. We look forward to hearing all about her progress over the coming months. Unlike most clients Shelley hadn't tried to quit before. Many people come to us after they have tried quitting using cold turkey, patches or pills more than once. Shelley chose the easiest and most effective way of quitting smoking, that is of course hypnosis. This has been scientifically proven over and over again.
